The materials used to build our houses
Innovative technology for the construction of modular houses
The construction uses multiple layers and concrete slabs, which provides high strength and good thermal and sound insulation.
On the outside, a diffusion membrane is placed over the frame, which allows vapor diffusion but prevents moisture from passing through. The wall is then clad with 12 mm thick cement-bonded particleboard (CBC). Particleboard is an environmentally friendly material.
OSB-3 board (10 mm) is mounted on the vapor barrier, providing diagonal rigidity to the supporting frame. To avoid thermal bridges and install utilities, a horizontal strapping (45 x 45 mm timber) with 50 mm thick horizontal insulation is used. The interior cladding uses moisture-resistant gypsum particle boards (GSPB) 12 mm thick.
Gypsum boards are durable, practical, fireproof, eco-friendly, and bio-resistant, making them a superior alternative to plasterboard. Its production excludes glues and resins, which guarantees high safety for the environment and health.
The materials of the walls and floors are carefully designed.
All elements of the house are pre-assembled in production in accordance with standards and project documentation.
The components are manufactured in production, which guarantees optimal technical, static, diffusion, and acoustic properties. On the construction site, only the foundation slab with cables for technical communications is prepared using conventional technology. The above-ground part is assembled on site using a crane from factory components, a process that takes a few days. After assembly, the roof is installed and the interior finishing is completed
